Paignton Zoo

I had a trip to Paignton Zoo today, about an hours drive but worth it I reckon.
LOTS of Pea Fowl... the climate on the English Riviera must suit them!

Love the photo of your peacock. Peacocks are stunning birds. I was lucky enough, when I lived on Tasmania, to have some as pets - they bred too. I would watch the males for hours parading around as in your photo. Lovely one.

Wonderful photo! Brought back memories. I used to go to the school across from Paignton Zoo, and then took my son to the zoo years later when we went back home to visit my family. You're photos are great and love your blog.

Ha! The last time I visited Paignton Zoo I must have been about 7! Lovely shot and beautiful blog mate. Lots of interesting things for an expat to explore. Cheers!

This photo reminds me of my time living on Brownsea Island, in Poole Harbour... peacocks roam wild there!
